Looks like the entrance to a bunker. I don't think Dick Cheney is down there, though, or else the sign would say "Do Not Enter." This is the entrance to the underground museum beneath the Arch and the tram that takes you to the top. The other leg is immediately behind where I was standing.Monday, February 2, 2009
